Our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program is designed for students who need to develop their English language skills. Similarly, students in Adult Basic Education (ABE) work on improving essential language and math skills. These students, with the help of Integrated Education and Training (IET), can accelerate their entry into Career and Technical Education (CTE), pre-apprenticeship, or apprenticeship programs. IET provides them with the critical language and foundational skills support they need while they simultaneously embark on their chosen career paths.

Our CTE programs offer industry-aligned training with hands-on learning opportunities. These programs are designed to prepare students for high-demand careers by providing the skills and certifications employers seek. Many CTE programs include micro-credentialing opportunities, giving students short-term, stackable credentials that enhance their employability and allow for career advancement over time.

For those interested in pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs, we offer tuition-free, earn-as-you-learn pathways. Pre-apprenticeships provide foundational knowledge and hands-on experience that prepare participants to succeed in full apprenticeships. In an apprenticeship, participants gain practical, on-the-job experience while earning an income, allowing them to build mastery in their field without the financial burden of traditional education. These programs offer valuable networking opportunities and often lead directly to full-time employment with competitive wages.
